Five community action agencies coming together across Vermont
to offer income eligible residents Financial and Energy Coaching

VCAP is a network of the five statewide community action agencies that meet Vermonter’s acute and essential needs for food, housing, climate, energy, racial and economic justice and provide assistance to face disparity and oppression through services and programs.
